Shipping Method
We ship orders directly from our own fulfillment location to the customer’s shipping address.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building management, or household members. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us for further assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at sale.jkkgs@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
