Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping applies to all orders.

Processing time

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

United States delivery

After shipment, delivery to the United States normally takes 5–12 business days.

Tracking information

Due to production lead times and last-mile carrier processing, please allow 3 business days after placing your order before checking the tracking information.

Delivery estimates and delays

Once the order has shipped, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If the estimated delivery window has passed and the tracking information has not been updated or your package has not arrived, contact support@jkkgs.net. For order help, include your order number and the email used at checkout.

Order-specific circumstances
