Personalized or custom items: Usually require an additional 1–5 business days for customization, crafting, and quality inspection.

Please note: Most JKKGS products are personalized gifts, so processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment.

⚠️ Important Shipping Terms

Late delivery alone is not considered grounds for a refund unless the package is officially confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production, customization, or shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

JKKGS is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or refusal of delivery.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

❓ Missing, Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us at sale.jkkgs@gmail.com with your order number.

For lost or stolen packages:

Please first contact your local shipping carrier for more information.

If the package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors, household members, front desk, mailbox, or local delivery office.

If theft is suspected, you may need to file a local report before further assistance can be provided.

If shipping protection is offered and selected at checkout, it may help cover eligible lost, stolen, or undelivered packages according to the protection terms shown at checkout.

Shipping protection does not cover:

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

💔 Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sale.jkkgs@gmail.com

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your case.

Please do not return any item to the sender address shown on the package without contacting us first. The sender address may not be our return facility, and unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
