Cancellation and Order Changes

A fixed cancellation or order-change window has not been published. If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact support@jkkgs.net as soon as possible and include your order number and the email used at checkout.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed. Our support team will review the order status and the specific circumstances before confirming whether any change is possible.

Please do not rely on a cancellation, refund, exchange, shipping-cost adjustment, or other remedy until support@jkkgs.net confirms it after review. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
