Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered processing or customized production.
Order processing usually starts right after checkout, so we cannot guarantee successful cancellation for every request.
Once your order is under personalized crafting (such as custom engraving) or has been dispatched from our warehouse, the order cannot be modified or cancelled anymore.
